How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your educato account and associated personal data, please follow the instructions below:

1. Contact Support: Send an email to our Privacy Team at privacy@educato.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Provide Account Details: In your email, please include your account details such as your username or registered email address to help us identify your account.
3. Confirmation Process: Our Privacy Team will review your request and may contact you to verify your identity and confirm the account deletion.
4. Account Deletion: Once confirmed, we will proceed with the deletion of your account and associated data from our active databases.

Important Information About Your Data

• Data Deletion: Upon processing your account deletion request, your personal data will be removed from our active databases.
• Backup Data Retention: Some of your data may be retained in our system backups for a limited period for operational continuity and data recovery purposes. This data will be securely erased in accordance with our data retention policy.
